English: The Netherlands House in London was located at 16 Charles Street, Mayfair, London and was opened ± 1943. It served as a meeting place for the Dutch and British
(the Dutch government had moved to England). Among other things there were conferences (with Danish and Dutch youth about post-war plans), exhibitions (Delft porcelain, commemoration of the Rotterdam bombing) and receptions. Nederlands: Het Netherlands House in London was gevestigd op 16 Charles Street, Mayfair, Londen en werd geopend ± 1943. Het diende als ontmoetingsplaats voor Nederlanders en Britten. Er werden o.a. conferenties (met Deense en Nederlandse jongeren over na-oorlogse plannen), tentoonstellingen (Delfts porcelein, herdenking bombardement Rotterdam), recepties gehouden.
