Afrikaans: Ncagaberg (d.i. "opvangsberg") is tussen die Phongolo- (suide-) en Ntomberiviere (noordekant) ingewig en strek oor die Mpumalanga/KZN-grenslyn. Die voetheuwels is 1 200 m bo seevlak, en die Simakade-kruin aan die westepunt ryk tot 2 068 m. Die provinsiale grens loop vir 16 km (o-w) langs die hoofwaterskeiding. Die Pongolabos-natuurreservaat bewaar die sentrale deel van die berg se suidhange.
English: Ncaga Mountain (i.e. "catchment mountain") is wedged between the Phongolo and Ntombe Rivers, and straddles the Mpumalanga/KZN border. It rises from about 1,200 m in altitude to 2,068 m at its western extremity, Simakade. The provincial boundary runs for 16 km (10 miles) along the main watershed (e-w). The Pongola Bush Nature Reserve conserves the central part of its southern slopes.
