English: National Association of Colored Women's Clubs (NACWC) headquarters located at 1601 R Street NW in Washington, D.C. Built in 1910 for naval commander Richard T. Mulligan, this large five-story mansion was designed by Jules Henri de Sibour and is a contributing property to the Sixteenth Street Historic District.
