English: This Spanish-style building was constructed by the Metropolitan District Commission in 1923 as a waiting room for trains and buses. It served the Nantasket Beach Branch until 1932, Nantasket Transportation buses until at least 1926, and New England Transportation Company buses from 1926 to 1938. It replaced an older railroad station and a streetcar station.
