English: The industry building at Nahkatehtaankatu 2 in Oulu is an old leather factory building that was part of the "Veljekset Åström Osakeyhtiö" company 's large industrial estate in Myllytulli, Oulu, Finland. This building was designed by architect Karl Sandelin and it was completed in 1907, and expanded in 1922 based on the plans of architect Birger Federley. The leather factory was shut down in 1974. Until mid-1990s the building was used by different educational institutions, but has been recently turned into an office building.
Suomi: Veljekset Åström Osakeyhtiön vanha päällisnahkatehdas sijaitsee Kasarmintien ja Nahkatehtaankadun kulmassa Oulun Myllytullissa. Alunperin kaksikerroksisen vuonna 1907 valmistuneen rakennuksen suunnitteli arkkitehti Karl Sandelin. Kolmas kerros lisättiin vuonna 1922 arkkitehti Birger Federleyn suunnitelmien mukaan.
