English: The NSW Water Board and West Hoxton Depot is located along Twenty Eighth Avenue on the border of West Hoxton and Austral in New South Wales. It is considered part of the SHR Upper Canal System and is within the heritage curtilage of that item. (Australian Museum Business Services, pp. 10-11) Structures contained on the site include a yellow-brick residence/office building, a brown brickwater pumping station; significant vegetation includes a Canary Island Date Palm and a Crepe Myrtle. (Australian Museum Business Services, pp. 120-121).
