English: USA-290, also known as NRO launch 71 (NROL-71 or simply L-71), is a National Reconnaissance Office optical imaging satellite named KH-11 17. It was orbited by a Delta IV Heavy rocket, launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base Space Launch Complex 6 on 19 January 2019.
