English: USA-279, also known as NRO launch 52 (NROL-52 or simply L-52), is a National Reconnaissance Office communications satellite named Quasar 21. It was orbited by an Atlas V 421 rocket, launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Space Launch Complex 41 on 15 October 2017.
