English: USA-236, also known as NRO launch 38 (NROL-38 or simply L-38), is a National Reconnaissance Office communications satellite named Quasar 18 and nicknamed "Drake". It was orbited by an Atlas V 401 rocket, launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Space Launch Complex 41 on 20 June 2012.
