English: USA-200, also known as NRO launch 28 (NROL-28 or simply L-28), is a National Reconnaissance Office electronics intelligence satellite named Improved Trumpet 5. It was orbited by an Atlas V 411 rocket, launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base Space Launch Complex 3E on 13 March 2008.
