English: USA 182, also known as NRO launch 16 (NROL-16 or simply L-16), is a National Reconnaissance Office synthetic-aperture radar satellite named Lacrosse 5 and nicknamed "Prometheus". It was orbited by a Titan IVB rocket, launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Space Launch Complex 40 on 30 April 2005.
