English: USA 162, also known as NRO launch 12 (NROL-12 or simply L-12) is a National Reconnaissance Office communications satellite named Quasar 14 and nicknamed "Aquila". It was orbited by an Atlas IIAS rocket, launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Space Launch Complex 36B on 11 October 2001.
