English: USA 152, also known as NRO launch 11 (NROL-11 or simply L-11) is a National Reconnaissance Office synthetic-aperture radar satellite named Lacrosse 4 and nicknamed "Onyx" or "Vega". It was orbited by a Titan IVB rocket, launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base Space Launch Complex 4E on 17 August 2000.
