Mother Cabrini High School at 701 Fort Washington Avenue in the Hudson Heights neighborhood of Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York City is a Roman Catholic secondary school for girls founded in 1899 by Frances Xavier Cabrini and sponsored by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The current facility was built in 1930. (Sources: Catholic New York newspaper and NYC GIS map) In 2014, it was announced that the school would close at the end of the school year. "Mother Cabrini High School to Close at End of School Year" The building is now a Success Academy Charter School.
