This Grade II collection of buildings around a central yard at 120 Smithdown Road, Liverpool, is the former premises of a monumental mason which has lain derelict for many years. As of January 2017 it appears to be undergoing some restorative and development work. Since it is completely surrounded by fencing and barriers, it has not been possible to take meaningful photographs of the listed frontage and walls. In 2018, the site has been fully converted into gated student accommodation, with the retention and restoration of most of the original buildings. There was an early 20th century crane in the centre of the yard, but that has been lost.
