English: The Mont Noir (French) or Zwarteberg (Dutch), i.e. "Black Mountain", is a hill on the border between France (municipalities of Boeschepe and Saint-Jans-Cappel) and Belgium (village of Westouter, municipality of Heuvelland). The top of the hill is in France. On the Belgian side there is also a hamlet called Zwarteberg.
Nederlands: De Zwarteberg (Frans: Mont Noir) is een heuvel op de Frans-Belgische grens. In België ligt hij op het grondgebied van Westouter (gemeente Heuvelland), in Frankrijk op het grondgebied van de gemeenten Boeschepe en Sint-Janskappel. De top bevindt zich in Frankrijk. Aan de Belgische zijde ligt tevens het gehucht Zwarteberg, voornamelijk bestaande uit handelszaken en restaurants.
Français : Le Mont Noir (en néerlandais: Zwarteberg) est une colline sur la frontière franco-belge. En France, elle se situe sur le territoire des communes de Boeschepe et Saint-Jans-Cappel, et en Belgique sur le territoire du village de Westouter (commune d'Heuvelland). Le sommet se trouve en France. Du côté belge se trouve également le hameau Zwarteberg.
