English: Mineral Canyon is a short, north-trending canyon, off the South Rim, Grand Canyon. The canyon lies between Hance Canyon (west), and Red Canyon (Arizona) (east).
- Mineral Canyon is bordered by ridgelines, east & west. The east ridgeline is Coronado Butte, at the South Rim, and a ridge of Supai Group - redbeds, sitting on the Redwall Limestone platform. The west ridgeline redbeds, also on Redwall Limestone platform, at the ridgeline terminus, bifurcates into two points - named Ayer Point.
