English: Millennium is an American television series created by Chris Carter. Millennium aired from 1996 to 1999. The series was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, though most episodes were set in or around Seattle, Washington. Theme music for the show was composed by Mark Snow. The series takes place during the years leading up to the year 2000, and follows offender profiler Frank Black (Lance Henriksen), a law enforcement consultant with the ability to see inside the mind of criminals, working for a mysterious organization known as the Millennium Group. Despite premièring with impressive ratings, viewership declined throughout its three-season run, and it was finally canceled in 1999 after a total of sixty-seven episodes.
