Deutsch: Wohnhaus mit Gewerbe in der Muhliusstraße 49 (Kiel-Damperhof), errichet 1904 von Maurermeister J. Schütt. Auf dem Hof die ehemalige Kaffee-Brennerei (mittleres Hofgebäude) und die ehemalige Steindruckerei von 1907 (hinteres Hofgebäude).
English: Residential building with commercial space at Muhliusstrasse 49 (district of Kiel Damperhof), built in 1904 by master bricklayer J. Schütt. In the courtyard, the former coffee roastery (middle courtyard building) and the former stone printing factory from 1907 (rear courtyard building).
