English: Midland Fox Ltd was created in 1984 with the renaming of Midland Red East, one of the companies created in 1981 out of 6 way splitting up of the Midland Red Omnibus Company - see Category:Midland Red East. It was privatised via a management buyout in 1987, but just two years later it was bought by the Drawlane Group, meaning that by 1997 it had become Arriva Fox County - see Category:Arriva Fox County. It ceased to be an independent company in 2003 when it was merged with others to form Arriva Midlands - see Category:Arriva Midlands.
