English: Built in 1911 by John B. Mercer, the 4-storey building was partially destroyed by fire in 1922, and rebuilt as a 3-storey building. A matching annex was added in the 1930s. By the 1990s, the building was not in use. It was renovated in the 2010s, with space leased to small businesses.
