English: The May Company Building — at the corner of Broadway and Eighth Street, in Downtown Los Angeles.
- Built in 1908 for Hamburger's department store, it was the flagship store of the May Company California department stores from 1923 to 1986, and is currently named the California Broadway Trade Center.
- The large building is a contributing property to the NRHP Broadway Theater and Commercial District.
