Si trova sul lungolago di Verbania-Pallanza, città natale di Luigi Cadorna. Le statue di soldati che circondano il mausoleo sono opera di Arturo Dazzi, Attilio Selva, Giovanni Prini, mentre il crocifisso è opera di Romano Romanelli.
- English: The mausoleum for Marshall of Italy Luigi Cadorna (1850-1928) was designed by Marcello Piacentini and inaugurated on May 24 1932. It stands along the lake shore of Verbania-Pallanza, where Luigi Cadorna was born. The statues surrounding the mausoleum were sculpted by Arturo Dazzi, Attilio Selva, Giovanni Prini; the crucifix by Romano Romanelli.
