Maria Elizabeth Winblad (1895-1987) Freudenberg. She was born in Greenwich Village in Manhattan and her family moved to Jersey City, New Jersey around 1900 to live in a more countrified setting. She lived on the Isle of Pines in Cuba for 2 years from around 1910 to 1912. She was abandoned by her husband around 1928 and worked as a cleaning and laundry woman during the Great Depression to raise her family. She lived to be age 92 and was the longest living member of her genetic family. (b. February 16, 1895; 294 West Houston Street, Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York County, New York City, New York, USA - d. March 07, 1987; Christ Hospital, Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey, USA) Robert I of Scotland (1274-1329) was Maria Elizabeth Winblad's 20th great grandfather.
