Emma Josefine Margaretha Hudig-Frey (January 24, 1894 in Zürich - ca. 1980s) was a Swiss-Dutch art historian and author of several books. She received her PhD in 1921 with a thesis on Heinrich von Veldeke (online), had married Ferrand Whaley Hudig (1883-1937) in 1920, and became his assistant until his death in 1937. Since the 1920s she published several books. Here last work Abschied Gedichte was published in 1981.
