English: Memorial for Finnish military leader and statesman Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim (1867–1951) at Montreux, Switzerland, next to Lake Geneva (Lac Leman). Mannerheim spent his last years (1947–51) at the Valmont sanatorium in Montreux to recuperate and write his memoirs. The memorial, established in 1955, is located at a park dedicated to him (Parc Mannerheim) on the Quai des Fleurs, around 1.5 kilometres south-east from the Montreux train station. The sanatorium itself is located at Route de Valmont around 700 metres further uphill and inland from the park, together with a plaque commemorating Mannerheim.
