English: Majestic Inn, 5th and Commercial, Anacortes, Washington. Originally known as the McNaught Block after builder James F. McNaught, it was built at the Southwest corner of 8th Avenue and I Streets in 1890. Victor A. DeProsse of Seattle was the original architect. The building was picked up and moved to its current location over the course of 2 months in 1904 after it was determined that the business district would not be growing in its direction. It was occupied by the Anacortes Mercantile for years afterward.
