The Mahadev ghat group is another major group of Hindu temples to the north of Thubon village. It is close to the Gargaj group and the Kuti group monastery. It too is all in ruins.

Most temples of the Mahadev ghat group are mandapika-style temples. The design and floor plan of a few are more sophisticated, as they include multiple sanctums, shared mandapa, molded jagati and elegant niches. They temples are dedicated to Vishnu, Shiva, Devi and Surya. The different styles of the Ganesha iconography is notable. The group includes temples with sikhara, but these are quite damaged.
