A rainbow tower in the shape of a hoodoo by Ugo Rondinone next to Tate Liverpool at the The Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, it was installed in October 2018 to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Liverpool as European Capital of Culture in 2008.
