Classical style building at the corner of Smithfield Street and Tithebarn Street, Liverpool. Former College of Commerce, built 1928 - 31 by Albert Jenkins, City Surveyor. Now part of Liverpool John Moores University. Several reliefs referring to maritime topics by Hooper and Webb.
