Zeytinyağlı pırasa (Turkish for Leeks in olive oil) is a very light, cold-eaten leak and olive oil dish ("zeytinyağlı") from Turkey. Some people make it with rice (as in several pictures) others without it. This dish is eaten either as a starter or after the main plate (the former is a new Occidental trend, the latter is the traditional way in Turkey) like all other zeytinyağlı.
