Hieu Van Le AO, (Vietnamese: Lê Văn Hiếu; born 1954) is the Governor of South Australia. He had previously been the Lieutenant-Governor of South Australia from 31 August 2007 until his appointment as Governor, as well as previously serving as chairman of the South Australian Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs Commission (SAMEAC). Le is the first Asian Governor to be appointed in the history of Australia
