The 7 X 10-Foot Low-Speed Tunnel (300-MPH 7x10 Tunnel or Atmospheric Tunnel) was built in 1945 as Langley Research Center building 1212A. It was located adjacent to a high-speed tunnel of the same dimensions, and was demolished in 1970.
