Nederlands: Voormalig landgoed van ongeveer 56 hectare dat eigendom was van de redersfamilie Van Hoboken in Rotterdam. Het landgoed was eigendom van de familie vanaf de 19e eeuw tot 1924, toen de stad Rotterdam het opkocht. Het landgoed was grotendeels leeg en bevatte de Villa Dijkzigt en een boerderij, en grensde met de Nieuwe Binnenweg, de Westersingel, de Westzeedijk en de Coolhaven. Na de opkoping zijn hier onder andere het Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, het Unilever-gebouw (tegenwoordig hoofdvestiging van de Hogeschool Rotterdam) en het Erasmiaans Gymnasium gebouwd
English: Former estate of about 56 hectares owned by the shipowner family Van Hoboken in Rotterdam. The estate was owned by the family from the 19th century until 1924, when the city of Rotterdam bought it up. The estate was largely empty and contained the Villa Dijkzigt and a farm, and bordered the Nieuwe Binnenweg, the Westersingel, the Westzeedijk and the Coolhaven. After the buyout, the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, the Unilever building (now headquarters of the Hogeschool Rotterdam) and the Erasmiaans Gymnasium, among others, were built here
