English: Kusakabe Meikaku (日下部 鳴鶴, October 6, 1838 – January 27, 1922), whose real name was Kusakabe Tōsaku (日下部 東作), was a Japanese calligrapher during the Meiji era and Taisho era, and a retainer of the Ii clan of Hikone.
