Deutsch: Der Kreis Bomst (benannt nach dem früheren Bomster Kreis [1792-1807]) mit Sitz in Wollstein im Regierungsbezirk Posen, ab 1919 mit Sitz in Bomst im Regierungsbezirk Schneidemühl
English: The Bomst District (named after the previous homonymous district [1792-1807]), however unlike the former seated in Wollstein (now Wolsztyn), which after 1919 fell into Polish hands, which is why the district seat moved to Bomst (Babimost), the district was part of the Posen Region (1815-1919) and then of the Schneidemühl Region (1919-1938), then it was dissolved and its territory partitioned between the districts Grünberg in Silesia and Züllichau-Schwiebus
