CZ: Dům na adrese Kostelní vrch 364, 471 14 Kamenický Šenov, Česko. Jedná se původně o měšťanský dům z roku 1804. Nad sklepními prostory se nacházejí tři podlaží o celkové ploše asi 400 m čtverečních. V roce 2017 prošel dům (za dohledu památkářů) kompletní rekonstrukcí. Původní prvky stavby byly v převážné většině zachovány. (Např. skleněný komín s ležícími čerty na jeho vrcholu, kteří podle legendy mají dům chránit). Objekt je vybaven raritním systémem odtokových kanálů, které zajišťují odvod spodních vod. Kanály vedou přes studnu, jenž se nachází ve sklepních prostorách domu. V rámci rekonstrukce byly do nových dřevěných oken vsazeny na zakázku zhotovené ručně kované mříže. Stropy místností interiéru jsou původní, dřevěné, ručně malované (s citem renovované). Na dvoře za domem jsou položeny dlažební kostky s mozaikou ve tvaru slunce a původní zrekonstruovaná studna. Přes kamenné, klenuté sklepní prostory je vstup do nově vybudované garáže. EN: House at the address Kostelní vrch 364, 471 14 Kamenický Šenov, Czech Republic. It is originally a townhouse from 1804. Above the cellars there are three floors with a total area of about 400 square meters. In 2017, the house underwent a complete reconstruction (under the supervision of conservationists). The original elements of the building were mostly preserved (e.g. the glass chimney with the lying devils on top of it, which according to legend are supposed to protect the house). The building is equipped with a rare system of drainage channels that ensure the drainage of groundwater. The channels lead through a well located in the cellar of the house. As part of the renovation, custom-made hand-forged bars were inserted into the new wooden windows. The ceilings of the interior rooms are original, wooden, hand-painted (sensitively renovated). In the backyard behind the house are laid pavers with a sun-shaped mosaic and the original renovated well. Through the stone, vaulted basement is the entrance to the newly built garage.
