Kleins Motel, or more formally Kleins New Motel was located on far west Tilghman Street in Kuhnsville. About 4 miles west of Allentown. The motel was built by Mr and Mrs Clayton A Klein. Previously, Klein has purchased the 29-unit Park Manor Hotel, also on Far West Tilghman Street, and the 24-unit Lehigh Valley Motel in the same area. Opened motel in 1950 until retiring in April 1963. The hotel consisted of 28 rooms, and Klein modified and expanded the property several time. .All of these properties were taken over by an organization called the Ardmore Group, which took over all of Klein's properties. Klein subsequently moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he passed in June 1970 at age 75.

After the sale, management was taken over by Earl Holt, who changed the name to Klein's Motel. By the mid 1970s, the property was getting older and rooms were renting for $300/month. I In 1977, Klein's Flea Market began operating on the motel property and it appears to have been mostly torn down by 1980.

In 1980, the property was being used for real estate sales with sample homes built on the lot. Also the Save-A-Dollar Home building supply business had erected a large building on the lot. Today the Metro Fuel Injection Customer Service Center is located on the property. Earl Holt retired in 1988
