Klein + Hummel are an audio electronics company based in Wedemark (formerly Ostfildern/Kemnat), Germany, that produce studio and sound reinforcement equipment. It was founded in 1945 by Walter Hummel, Horst Klein and Heinrich Brumm. K+H, as it is often called, has been wholly owned since 2005 by the Sennheiser Group, which decided to discontinue the brand name on 31 December 2009. Although the former K+H products continue being manufactured, they are now marketed under the Sennheiser (for installed sound components) and Neumann (for studio loudspeakers) brands.
