English: The wooden Art Nouveau building, De Gamlas Hem, at Kirkkokatu 54 in the Hollihaka district in Oulu was built as a retirement home for the Swedish speaking people in Oulu. The building has been designed by architect Viktor J. Sucksdorff and built in 1906.
