English: The Kirkkokatu 16 is mixed-use building in the corner of the Kirkkokatu and Saaristonkatu streets in Oulu. The building has been designed by architects Martta and Ragnar Ypyä in 1941, but due to the war it was not completed until 1947.
Suomi: Rautatalo (ent. H.W. Snellmanin rautakauppa) on asuin- ja liikekerrostalo Kirkkokadun ja Saaristonkadun risteyksessä Oulussa. Rakennuksen ovat suunnitelleet Martta ja Ragnar Ypyä vuonna 1941, mutta se valmistui vasta 1947.
