Kebapçı (Turkish) are restaurants in Turkey which serve a wide variety of Turkish "kebap"s. These restaurants may be simple and serve only non-alcoholic beverages or may be more sophisticated, expensive and serve alcoholic drinks like rakı and wine. They are not considered fast food restaurants, because in Turkey fast food kebaps in a dürüm, pide or bread buns are generally sold in small kiosks and stalls which are not in this category. (These places are usually called "büfe", "dürümcü" or "dönerci").
