A building in a style that seemed early 1900's with some dioramas with mannequins showing life in old Trabzon. I found out it is the Eski Hükumet Binası (Old Government Building, it may also be Vilayeti for Provincial Government)) at Tabakhane Köprüsü No:3. On Google Streetview one can find it houses the Culture & Tourism Directorate.
