Deutsch: Die Justizvollzugsanstalt Kiel in der Faeschstraße 6-12 (Kiel-Südfriedhof), errichtet 1914-1919 auf dem damals freien Gelände zwischen Faeschstraße, Harmsstraße und Schützenwall nach Vorentwurf der Hochbauabteilung des Ministeriums für öffentliche Arbeiten von dem Kieler Kgl. Baurat Bucher in Form einer schlossartigen barrocken Dreiflügelanlage. In der 1950er Jahre neue Anbau an der Harmsstraße 99-101.
English: The Kiel correctional facility at Faeschstrasse 6-12 (district of Kiel Südfriedhof) built between 1914 and 1919 on the then vacant land between Faeschstrasse, Harmsstrasse and Schützenwall according to a preliminary design by the building construction department of the Ministry of Public Works by Kiel Royal Building Councillor Bucher in the form of a castle-like baroque three-wing complex. In the 1950s, a new extension was built at Harmsstrasse 99-101.
