Pictorial Virtualism is a pictorial style based on the concept of Plato's idealism. Which says that the human perception of reality is partial due to the limitation of our brain and senses. So the pictorial representation of our reality is even more partial, ostensible or virtual.

And in the concept of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung father of Analytical psychology, says that any natural or unnatural element can become a symbol when representing something else than its immediate or obvious significance.

The main characteristics of the Pictorial Virtualism are: Figurativism very concrete even when are representing oneiric situations. Representation of ideas through of the symbolism in the visual compositions. Use of the human and animal figure, nature and objects in vivid colors and contrasts of light.
