HH Prince James Stuart of York, Duke of Cambridge (12 July 1663 - 20 June 1667) was a member of the English royal House of Stuart as the second son and third child of King James II of England and VII of Scotland and Lady Anne Hyde, Duchess of York. In 1664, he was awarded the Duchy of Cambridge, but he died of smallpox or bubonic plague in 1667.
