English: Jabal al-Madbah (also, Jebel al-Madhbah), al-Madbah meaning "the altar". At the height of 1035 meters it contains the place called High Place of Sacrifice. This is the mountain on the west side of the valley, that is, the Wadi Farasa side. Jabal al-Khubtha is the mountain on the east side, that also has High Places but not the one just mentioned. However, the two are often mixed up, and many pictures are wrongly named and catagorized as a result.
Français : Jabal al-Madbah (aussi, Jebel al-Madhbah), al-Madbah signifiant « l'autel ». A 1035 mètres d'altitude, il contient le lieu-dit Haut Lieu du Sacrifice. Il s'agit de la montagne du côté ouest de la vallée, c'est-à-dire du côté Wadi Farasa. Jabal al-Khubtha est la montagne du côté est, qui a également des hauts lieux mais pas celui qui vient d'être mentionné. Cependant, les deux sont souvent confondus, et de nombreuses images sont ainsi nommées et classées à tort.
Deutsch: Jabal al-Madbah (auch Jebel al-Madhbah), al-Madbah bedeutet „der Altar“. Auf einer Höhe von 1035 Metern befindet sich der Ort, der Hoher Opferplatz genannt wird. Dies ist der Berg auf der Westseite des Tals, das heißt auf der Wadi Farasa Seite. Jabal al-Khubtha ist der Berg auf der Ostseite, der auch Höhen hat, aber nicht den gerade erwähnten. Allerdings wird beides oft verwechselt, und viele Bilder werden dadurch falsch benannt und kategorisiert.
