Built in 1912 and renovated in 1925, this American Craftsman / Side Gabled residence at 17 West Gilman Street in Madison, Wisconsin, was built for Isaiah Weaver (see the Property Record online).

The house is clad in stucco with a side gable roof, front gable dormer with half-timbering, a front entrance vestibule with an Arts and Crafts-style door, second story balcony that cantilevers over the front door with oversized brackets, four-over-one, six-over-one, and eight-over-one replacement windows, a double-decker side sun porch with a shed roof and corner pilasters, and a rear gable roof.

The Weaver Residence is a contributing structure in the Mansion Hill Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
