isiXhosa (deutsche Aussprache: [iziˈkoːza]), vereinfachend Xhosa genannt (isi- ist ein Singularpräfix, letztere sind in Bantusprachen für Nomen obligatorisch), ist die Sprache der Xhosa und eine der elf Amtssprachen in der Republik Südafrika, außerdem wird es auch in Botswana und Lesotho gesprochen. Nach isiZulu ist sie die zweithäufigste Muttersprache in Südafrika und wird von 15,43 Prozent (Stand 2015) der über 15-jährigen Bevölkerung als Muttersprache genutzt. Charakteristisch sind besonders die Schnalzlaute; auch der Name Xhosa beginnt mit einem Schnalzlaut. Er wird im internationalen phonetischen Alphabet wie folgt geschrieben: [ǁʰosa]. isiXhosa ist eine südöstliche Bantusprache der Nguni-Untergruppe, rund 15 Prozent des Vokabulars kommt jedoch aus den Khoisansprachen. Sie ist eng verwandt mit isiZulu, der Sprache der Zulu.
