This is the category for an architectural monument.
It is on the list of cultural monuments of Kiel-Gaarden-Ost, no. 11614 (Gustav-Friedrich-Meyer-ealschule), Nr 3207 (Fröbelschule).
Deutsch: Die Iltisschule in der Iltisstraße 82 - 84 wurde 1908/09 unter dem Magistratsbaurat Carl Meyer für die 1883 gegründete 5. Knabenmittelschule (südlicher Teil) und die 4. Mädchenmittelschule (nördlicher Teil) errichtet.

1944 wurde der Nordteil bis auf das Treppenhaus durch Bomben schwer beschädigt. Der Kieler Architekt Ernst Prinz baute es 1951 vereinfachend wieder auf.
Seit 1964 wurde die Gustav-Friedrich-Meyer-Realschule für Jungen mit der ehemaligen Annette-von-Droste-Hülshoff-Schule für Mädchen zusammengelegt. Im nördlichen Teil wurde die Fridtjof-Nansen-Hauptschule als Ersatz für die ursprünglich an der Kaiserstraße befindliche 2. Gaardener Knabenvolksschule eingerichtet (später die Regionalschule Fridtjof-Nansen Schule in der Geschwister-Scholl-Straße).

Danach nutzte die Gemeinschaftsschule am Brook (GaB Kiel, Offene Ganztagsschule) den südlichen und die Grundschule Fröbelschule den nördlichen Teil der Iltisschule
English: The Iltis school at Iltisstrasse 82 - 84 was built in 1908/09 under the municipal building officer Carl Meyer for the 5th boys' middle school (founded in 1883, southern part) and the 4th girls' middle school (northern part).

In 1944, the northern part was heavily damaged by bombs except for the stairwell. The Kiel architect Ernst Prinz rebuilt it in a simplified manner in 1951.
Since 1964, the boys' school Gustav-Friedrich-Meyer-Realschule has been merged with the former Annette-von-Droste-Hülshoff-School for girls. In the northern part, the Fridtjof-Nansen-Schule school was set up as a replacement for the 2nd Gaardener boys' secondary school, which was originally located on Kaiserstrasse (later the Regional Fridtjof Nansen School at Geschwister-Scholl-Strasse).

Afterwards, the Gemeinschaftsschule at Brook (GaB Kiel, open all-day school) used the south part and the Fröbel elementary school the north part of the Iltis school.
